3 levels not working...

Still not working....I'm hearing now that the Quick Launch Nav cannot be made to extend past 2 levels no matter what code is added/edited. Frustrating. So I guess I'll have to find another avenue...I have it set at Static 1 and Dynamic 4. Nothing. Seems odd that it was made to not go past two levels.
